Production and Fulfillment
- Global Reach, Local Production: We produce your posters through our trusted production partner, with facilities located in over 32 countries. This extensive network allows us to fulfill orders locally whenever possible, reducing shipping distances and our carbon footprint. Approximately 90% of orders are produced in the country closest to the customer.
- Advanced Routing System: Our system automatically selects the optimal production center based on your location, product availability, and network capacity. This ensures fast and reliable service. However, in some cases, international shipping may occur due to stock availability or other logistical factors.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times:
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- USA: 4-6 business days
- Canada: 5-6 business days
- China: 9-11 business days
- India: 14-16 business days
- Asia: 6-16 business days
- South America: 6-11 business days
- Africa: 6-32 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring your posters are delivered securely.
Packaging
Your posters are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
- Framed Posters: Shipped within robust packaging, including corners and wrap for protection. The frames are pre-packed and secured with I-beams for additional sturdiness, especially in multi-item orders (up to 3 frames per package).
- Unframed Posters: Rolled and shipped in durable tubes to prevent any damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the courier’s website. Please note that non-tracked delivery options are also available, but the risk of loss or damage during transit may be higher with these options.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Returns and Replacements
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.
