If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will investigate and, if your claim is validated, send a complimentary replacement or offer a refund.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not support returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement order at no additional cost.

If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, rejection by the recipient, or unclaimed shipment, please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will report the problem and arrange for a refund of the product price, but you will need to pay for shipping costs again.
