Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
- No Returns on Personalized Items: Since our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defects or damage. Each poster is printed specifically for you, making it unique to your purchase. Additionally, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as the product is made-to-order.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We require photographic evidence or other documentation to support your claim.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon verification of the issue, we will offer a complimentary replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. We aim to resolve these matters as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Lost or Unclaimed Orders
- Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
- Unclaimed Orders: If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, please place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for unclaimed items, but we will assist you in reordering.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided, and the order is returned or lost, we are unable to offer a refund.
